Doa-doa Untuk Memusnahkan Sel-Sel Kanser:

Lapan surah ini diamalkan dan dibaca untuk memusnahkan sel-sel barah kanser. Jika pesakit dapat membacanya lagi baik. Jika tak terdaya atau kurang baik bacaannya maka boleh minta suami, ayah, ibu atau orang lain membaca untuknya.

You may remember being warned not to eat just before you swim. But what about not eating just before bed? If you have ever eaten a big meal late in the evening, chances are you have had trouble falling or staying asleep. Why?
  1. It is more difficult to digest food when lying down. Our digestive tracts work best when we are upright - sitting, standing or even walking. When you lie down after a meal, gravity can disrupt proper digestion; this can lead to acid reflux, or heartburn, which can hinder sleep.
  2. Digesting food requires the body to expend energy. This can interfere with the relaxed metabolic state required for sleep.
Instead of eating large meals later in the evening, eat them earlier in the day, when the body will best use the energy the food provides. And be sure to limit any late-evening eating to small, healthful snacks.

MAKANAN UNTUK SUBUR DAN LEPAS BEDAH

1. Lepas bedah penting untuk meningkatkan immunty untuk mencegah tumbuh semula penyakit endometriosis , fibroid dan ovarian cyst serta untuk meningkatkan peluang hamil.

2. Ambil langkah untuk kurangkan stress. Exercise 30 minit setiap hari, banyak berzikir , baca quran 4-5 muka setiap hari.
Kurangkan pendedahan kepada toksin – jauhkan menghidu asap2 beracun, semburan insecticide dan pewangi dirumah dan dalam kereta. Gunakan bahan2 organik untuk syampu, sabun, minyak rambut dan deodorent.

3. 2. Sangat penting makanan berzat dan berkhasiat, Jauhkan semua makanan dan minuman yang mengandungi pengawet, perisa dan pemanis, saperti fast foods, junk foods, burger, hot dog, nuggets, french fries dll.

Juga jahukan makanan dan minuman yang mengandungi gula dan tepung - donut, kueh2, ice krim , chocolat dll. Jauhkan minuman soft drink , jus dan kordial dalam botol atau kotak.

4. Makan 70% bahan2 mentah dan segar , iaitu buah2 dan sayur2. Makan lebih buah2 tempatan saperti papaya, nenas, jambu batu, tembikai , dragon fruit dll.
Saya galakkan makan ulam2 , sayur2 bayam, bendi, terong, kangkong, cekor manis, daun turi dan keledek merah.

5. Amalkan minum jus buatan sendiri tanpa gula. Dua biji apel hijau, 2 carrot, 2 batang celery dan 1/4 buah papaya. Buat jus asli campur sikit air jadikan satu jug , masuk peti ais semalaman.

6. Esok untuk sarapan pagi kacau dan minum satu gelas jus , lepas itu minum satu sudu besar extra virgin olive oil atau minyak kelapa dara.
Makan 2 biji telor saparuh masak dan oats atau cereal lain. Jauhkan roti putih atau nasi putih. Makan roti whole meal dan brown rice.

7. Makanan selingan (tea dan coffee break) - jauhkan makanan bergula dan karbohadret. Makan buah2 atau segenggan campuran kacang2 almond, gajus, kismis dan peanuts. Minum air mineral atau teh hijau. Jauhkan teh tarik atau nescafe susu.

8. Makan tengah hari - Cuba makan rojak, pecal, salad atau sup sayur. Makan seketul ayam, sepotong ikan atau daging. Minum air mineral ,air kelapa muda. Tengah hari tidak makan nasi atau lain2 jenis carbohydrate

9. Makan malam - Minum satu gelas jus diikuti satu sudu besar apple vineger atau satu sadu . Masak sup sayur kobis, karot, broccoli dan cendawan.
Atau buat rojak/pecal dari sayur kankong, taugeh, sengkuang, tempeh tauhu. Masak lauk ikan , ayam atau daging dengan menggunakan lebih halia, kunyit bawang putih dan merah serta serai .
Gantikan nasi putih kepada brown rice.
